How is your SLEEP?
Chances are, not great.
I know that because 75% of our members in the Menopause Chicks community have reported that they struggle with sleep. (I am one of them!)
And that is NOT ok. Because many of our experiences--from anxiety to lack of energy to even relationship challenges--can be linked to poor sleep.
And when it comes to prioritizing our health for the coming year (and next three-to-five decades!), sleep HAS to be at the TOP of the list!
👉So, I have good news!
My friend and naturopathic doctor, Dr. Leigha Saunders, ND, focuses on sleep struggles in women who are navigating perimenopause to menopause to postmenopause.
I love everything Dr. Leigha has to say about the importance of sleep AND the connection with our hormone health. As a sleep expert in women's health, Dr. Leigha has a new program (a "bootcamp" of sorts!) which she will be telling you all about)... AND she has agreed to join Menopause Chicks on January 18th for some "basic training!"
