1-in-11 Canadian adults live with insomnia. This is impacting our current well-being, our work performace, relationships, road safety and our long-term health.

An overwhelming 70+% of the Menopause Chicks Community meet the criteria for insomnia!

While there is high demand right now for menopause education, I am a firm believer (with my own lived experience!) that when we address SLEEP as our #1 priority, it puts us in a much stronger position to make the other important health decisions we need to make for our current & long-term health.

Here's what YOU can do next:

  1. Please share your experiences with sleep disruption and/or insomnia. You will be helping yourself AND many others like you. Take the Menopause Chicks Sleep Survey (5-6 minutes) here.

  2. Read Breaking the Silence on Sleep Debt (a new report by Menopause Chicks + Mood Disorders of Canada): A Conversation with People Living with Chronic Insomnia in Canada

  1. Mark your calendar for Thursday, November 6 for our next "Sleep is the BEST Medicine" education event. (Yes, this is the same week as the time change!) + January 26, 2026 we will reconvene to share our experiences and health outcomes.

Your story will help you...and others ignite a movement to access quality sleep education tools + Script Tips™️ to have more informed, confident conversations with their own health care teams.
